One thing against GB if Josh wants HC/GM duties is that, if the right QB falls to them in the draft in some not to distant future, they have to take it, Rodgers is 35, lets say two years from now they have another bad season, or a 8/8 season (The Bears looks solid and Vikings are not in rebuilding mode), when your starter QB is at this age you draft not a backup but a possible replacement, even with QB's aging well these days. The problem in this scenario is prima donna Rodgers complaining and you suddenly start to have problems with your franchise QB, and when things start to go south with Rodgers it goes in a downward spiral, be players or coaches, or family lol
In Cleveland they won't have to worry about QB for a long time, just draft backups from the 4th round on.
