As for Namath: a solid case can be made for his celebrity star power blurring the lines with his on-field performance in how he was/is regarded as a Hall of Fame quarterback. Except for one bright spot in 1968-'69 his football career overall was pretty average.

We need a similar venue to debunk the national nonsense perpetrated for 51 years now about our team.

The Jets paying for and landing him was huge for the league. The NFL's stupid war against us was hurt by this, and although the merger was already agreed upon, the outcome of SBIII was their biggest setback. They were so obtuse they could not fathom let alone accept us beating them.

All right, you detected a weakness, I was trying to show at least a bit of chivalry, some small amount of wanting to show some respect for the 'fairer sex'. If I'm honest, she falls into what my brother calls the 'I wouldn't f--- her with your d---' category, the 'couldn't get it up for her with a crane' list, the 'double bagger' category. Why anyone would want to see her in a porn is beyond me, unless of course it's for ridicule, and even that would need to be done under the influence of large amounts of alcohol so all ability to exercise judgement would be obliterated.
