Wilson was never getting it in a million years in my opinion

Wilson was the 2nd highest option on most leaderboards as well as the betting markets last week. These were the favourites last week

1. Tom Brady, Patriots -- 24
T-2. Russell Wilson, Seahawks -- 13
T-2. Carson Wentz, Eagles -- 13
T-2. Antonio Brown, Steelers --13
5. Philip Rivers, Chargers -- 6
T-6. Todd Gurley, Rams -- 1
T-6. Calais Campbell, Jaguars-- 1

I'd say Wilson/Wentz/Brown can't win anymore. Not sure who the challenger is. Rivers is a stretch.

Where is that from?

Everyone does realize that the Pats most crushing playoff losses have come in the years that Brady won the MVP.

I’d be fine be if the clueless NFL writers convince themselves to give it to someone less deserving...

Yeah, Rodney Harrison was too caught up in thinking about Brady's MVP when he was unable to dislodge the football from Tyree's helmet.

Worth pointing out... Wentz still has 5 TDs more than Brady and the same number of Ints now. He could still be argued to win it maybe if Brady doesn't at least tie his TDs.

With Wentz and Brown no longer in contention (for all but a stray vote here or there) and Wilson looking bad lately, it’s definitely Brady this year, especially after reminding everyone who the king of comebacks is in a crucial AFC battle.

Game winning drives against the conference leader should count for something too.

Before this weekend I would have said Wilson, then Sunday happened.

Brady clinched the award last night.

They won yesterday without him and Foles threw 4 TD passes. That probably ended any slim chance he might have had.

Prediction! Brady comes out flying against the Bills and has one of his best statistical games this year!

If the Patriots lost last night I think Ben enters the conversation.

Keep an eye out for Gurley hes a baller. 17tds 1200 yds rush and 630 rec

In the last 3 weeks Brady has thrown 2 TDs and 4 ints, and hasn't had a passer rating above 90...

And yet oddly over that same time frame all of his competitors for MVP have fallen away.

The clutch drive last night... on the road in a very hostile stadium, sealed the deal IMO. More so than his stats.

It is more probable than not that this will be the last time voters will have a credible chance to acknowledge the GOAT and his career by doing the same for the historic season he is having at age 40. I think they will. Only thing that can derail him IMO is something shocking like a failed PED test.

Wilson was never ever getting it. I’ll put everything I own on that. The QB who makes first team all pro gets it, or another player at another position. I really wouldn’t even say Wilson has been one of the 3 best QBs this year, never mind the best

I think they should give it to Kaeperknucklehead...you know, just to soothe the pansy pity partiers out there that want "social justice!".

I guess handing off to RBs to score the TD makes him suck.
