Bennett doesn't think Brady is GOAT that he has played with?

A man who just signed with a new team does not undercut the QB he will be playing with otherwise he sets himself up against the fans. Bennett is smart enough to know when to walk away and when to run from a question.

Exactly. If Tom Brady was asked about the group of RBs we currently have, does anyone expect him to say none of them are as good as Corey Dillon was?

I have the NFL Network as my default channel when I turn on the TV. On the morning show (Good Morning Football) yesterday, they were each making their own lists of the top 5. The first guy was sharing his list; Rodgers was #1 and Brady was #2. His reasoning? "If I had to pick someone to win the game in a tough situation, I'd choose Rodgers". I actually tweeted to the show the statistic recently discussed here: AR is 0-35 on 4th quarter comebacks when down at some point in the 4th quarter by more than 1 point against winning teams. Although I do understand that facts in opinion-based discussions on sports shows rarely change people's minds.
the only reason to watch gmf is kay adams.

Remember when Talib said the same thing about Forehead? Stuff like this is so predictable and doesn't matter one bit.

Bennett was a fine one year rental. Now, let the fans of Green Bay deal with his "Tyler the Creator" crap.

Of course he would say this. It's called being smart. I would openly diss my last employer regardless of whether i liked them or not if it meant my current employer would see me more favourably. It's just good business sense.

Now when it's all said and done i can then go actually that was the best point of my career without repercussion. Same with Marty, when he is no longer playing with a top QB he'll probably openly say Brady was the best he'd played with

Rodgers can do things Brady can't, but Brady will do things that Rodgers, emotionally won't.
I don't think it has to do with emotion as much as the ability to always see the whole field, anticipate and quickly process toward making the right decision. That compensates for a lot of relative physical shortcomings.

The best part of his list is that he placed Cutler ahead of shEli Manning.

Bennett is a journeymen TE. What does he know about long term greatness?

Bennett was a good 1 yr rental, just wish he would of caught the game winner in ot. That would of been pretty epic. Other than that, he had some great contributions here and there throughout the season.

He played hard and was onboard for the whole season, good cat in my book. Pretty much the majority are right about the catch 22 question. Ask him again when his career is over and we might get a different answer.

What are you guys getting worked up about this. This is the only right answer for him to give in this situation to avoid drama. Imagine when Reggie Wayne signed with us and if he said "Manning's better than Brady" before he took the first pass.

Bennett even clarified that basically he had to say Rodgers and there's no other answer to give.

So everyone just chill out. This is no different than Ward saying Big Ben is best in league, or Odell Beckham agreeing with Eli Manning that he is elite or Marques Colston saying Brees is best QB in league, or Julio saying Ryan is best QB in league etc.

Basically, who cares.

AR has some great commercials.

Meanwhile TB has a strange mattress commercial that makes him look kinda psychotic.

Actually got into this on the bus w bus driver today. He was saying Rodgers should have been #1. Don't ask me why. It might have a common antecedent to his career choice as a bus driver. I brought up the little thing about winning stuff. The guy says "Yeah but Rodgers in his prime."

Despite my posts here on "risk management" and Brady, I couldn't resist saying, "See that's the difference, Brady is getting better."

That made him crack up and nod his head vigorously at the same time.

You've seen him eviscerate his victims often enough, what with you being a perpetual punching-bag fan.

Even playing against the J E T E is a little sadistic at this point. Turns perfectly nice guys into abuse machines. You guys are like the Stanford Prison Experiment of the NFL.

If you had any kind of a clue discerning psychosis you wouldn't be a Jete fan.
