Coming from an Minnesota native even I can't stand Childress. His tone and attitude in general just vibes me the wrong way. Especially given the talent on the team he's just too inept to make the right coaching decisions and show the right leadership to drive the team. I'd rather have Mike Tice at this point... or even Denny Green for that matter.

At least Denny Green was consistant in getting us to the playoffs.
