Yeah. Since, AFAIK, no one tracks where punts are made from on the field, it's somewhat helpful to consider things like touchback percentage, the percentage of FC versus Return Attempts, etc. to get a more well-rounded impression of a punter's situational effectiveness. Allen has consistently been among the top 10 punters in the league by such metrics.
Of course, the unanimous assumption is that "Bojo" was brought in purely as competition for Allen. OTOH, the Pats knew that they were going to have an extensive competition for Punt Returner this Camp - meaning, potentially, a lot more punting than usual. IOW, it's possible that Bojo was brought in mostly as a "camp leg."
