Gase hitched his wagon to the wrong QB, and he couldn't keep the strong personalities in line. Picking the right QB can be done in the future, but he'd better learn to deal with the locker room trouble guys, or he'll never last as a HC at any stop.

Declining an interview with Cincy is understandable, but if Skippy declines one with Cleveland because he's focused on GB, then he's a fool.
