Realistically, I would let the Chiefs take the first seed and let the Pats take the second.

The Patriots need the Chiefs to win the division but also finish with 4 losses, assuming the Patriots win out. So the Chiefs need to lose one of their last two (or both) and the Patriots need to win their last three and the Chargers need to lose out, basically.
