No Gilmore, No Rowe at Practice (Weds) [wk 7 vs Atl injury reports & updates]

This sucks if Rowe and Gilmore don't play versus one of the best offenses in the league...**** concussion protocol...

...ryan is going to throw for 400 yards.

Not if he's on his back, which has to be the game plan here. Ryan is a statue in the pocket. No reason to try to contain him.

Honestly, I've left some practices with ice and being fine (i wouldnt call it "heavily wraped' though lol).

Still, even if he was out, there's no reason to panic. He isn't that important and, outside his first week here, he hasn't been that productive,

I hope he plays, since i have this feeling that he could have a break out game soon... Even though the fact the he couldn't adapt his routes is worry-some, since he's basically a vertical threat, I think he was getting behind the DBs pretty well in that Jets game... And some of those throws were a bit behind, tbh. Plus, he was a nice insurance at the very least

Gilmore man. The gift that keeps on taking.
Yeah, thats what it seems like. I just read this clown wasn't at practice today. How the hell could he concus himself badly enough to miss two weeks?

Huh? It happens quite often if it is bad enough. Do you remember when Stork was out for a long time due to a concussion?

Stork was born with a concusion. I don't recall a player turning up with a concusion mid week, but i'm sure it has happened. To put it another way if gilmore got a concusion from the last game he played in that has last this this long i think we would have noticed it during the game, they would have pulled him. I don't remember if he was pulled or not.

After watching the video that Langis wife posted it doesn't look like he will be back anytime soon.

Wondering why he hasn't been placed on IR and a CB being called up from the PS?

That is debatable but teams play games not just defenses.

That's fine if you want to think the bills and Dolphins are not only better than the patriots but so much better that the pats have absolutely no chance of beating a team they both beat.
I guess you figure we lose those 4 as well and 9-7 is our best chance of we run the table against teams that aren't so much better than us like buffalo miani and Atlanta.
I know for a fact they have healthier defenses and at this moment better defenses. I never said they are better teams than the Pats. Pat’s offense is the best in the AFC.

So running out of LBs and CBs.

Bill is waiting until he has no healthy cornerbacks on the roster.

Man, you might have an old-fashioned view on concussions. It can happen for concussion-like symptoms to appear later.

Anything similar should be reported and, even outside games now, an independent doctor has to clear you to play. (What is the NFL's concussion protocol?)

This is actually rather common. Gilmore taking some undeserved heat around here IMO.

Some symptoms of a concussion can be delayed and, in some people, may persist for weeks, months or years. Effects of a concussion that persist beyond 3 months after the initial injury are called post-concussion syndrome.
