Can't believe the Jags drafted Bortles 3rd overall. Same draft as Jimmy. In fact, the first two QBs from that draft were Bortles (3) and Manziel (22). The next 3? Teddy Bridgewater (32), Derek Carr (36), Jimmy G (62).
As already mentioned by others, in-season trade doesn't make much sense unless it's an incredible offer. But in the off-season, I'd also add the Redskins to the list. Kirk Cousins is on a franchise player contract which is up at the end of the year, will be around $25M to re-franchise, has been pretty mediocre and very inconsistent.
Outside shot might be the Vikings. Read that there's a chance Teddy never comes back from that injury. Bradford is under contract for 2017 but only $4M dead cap hit vs. $13M saved in salary if they cut him. If the new year they aren't feeling totally comfortable, they might take the leap, although they're missing their 2017 1st rounder so they may not have the ammo to pull off the deal.
