Yes, however his team could very well decide they do not want him around any more and cut him.
Not looking good for shady.
It'll be verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry interesting to find out if there are signs of forced entry.
The NSA knows that size and shape of my morning dookie, so I’m sure that the cops can figure out whether he was anywhere near his ex.....phone GPS, car GPS. Now if he paid someone to do this to her so he could have an alibi, that’s different. Something about the story doesn’t smell right. We know for sure that one side is lying but somebody beat that woman violently. If her side was trying to frame Shady, it seems implausible that she would be so badly beaten.
You watch too much TV. Getting any of that data requires a search warrant, which of course requires probable cause. If they don't know who was at the home, then they have no way of finding out whose phone was where. Only after they figure out who was there, can they then turn around and get a search warrant and serve it on the carrier and see what calls were made, and what cell towers the phones were pinging off. If they even have half a brain, they all used pre-paid phones from Wal mart which they would have already destroyed. If you think you can go to a judge with a affidavit that states "TMZ is reporting..." you are mistaken.
It does look bad for McCoy, especially because he ws trying to get her out of his house. Why didn't he just pay a lawyer to get her evicted? Have the sherriff's dupties throw her out, not some gang of hoodlums. Maybe they stick to the code of silence and McCoy never gets criminally charged with this, but then what does the NFL do?
Talked about some bad press, having a player hire a goon squad to roust his old GF out of his house. Somewhere Chip Kelly is enjoying a large bowl of schadenfreude.
Looks bad but what if she didn’t wanna get out and accidentally something happened to her and she wasn’t beaten.
She accidentally got her face beaten in?Looks bad but what if she didn’t wanna get out and accidentally something happened to her and she wasn’t beaten.

McCoy is denying involvement. We’ll see where this goes from here.
Each state's and sometimes it goes by the county's laws on eviction are different. But either way, if he gave her permission to be there (which I'm sure he did at first), then she is allowed to stay there until he legally evicts her. I'm guessing that since this is NY the laws are probably very much in the squatters favor. What it really shows is how dumb McCoy is, did he really think he could hire a goon squad and nobody would think that he was behind it?
Even if she was illegally squatting in his house, there is no legal way you can physically make them leave. So even if she "accidentally fell down the stairs" whoever was in that house trying to remove her has committed feloney assualt. And whoever hired someone to do this is guilty of conspiracy and misprison of a felony.
So you assume he's guilty? No I have never heard of a woman letting someone beat the crap out of her and get put in the hospital in order to frame someone.
It doesn’t matter what I assume. I dont have the facts. Assumptions are assumptions that are then adjusted by facts. So you assume he's guilty?
So you assume he's guilty?
And the post has now been deleted. She’s now turned off post comments. I suppose it will only be a matter of time until the post gets deleted outright.
Yeah she probably just fell down the stairs huh.
