Question for the mods. If you have a post with a ton of positive ratings (funnies, likes, agree) and the post gets deleted, do you get to keep the positive ratings or do they disappear with the post.

This is deadly seriously important to me. The answer may decide if I stay or I go.

Despite all of my diverse experiences in this world I confess to being naive in a lot of ways, maybe this is one, but I genuinely think the idea of cliques here is not supported by the evidence. I'm genuinely comforted by the fact that I agree and disagree in roughly equal parts with all the extremely active posters here. It undermines the entire notion of various cliques. This isn't the WWE. I agree with Kontra on several things and think he's a subhuman idiot on other things and I am positive he feels the same about me - assuming I even register as worthy of thought to him.

This is the best forum I've ever been to and I think Ian is a genuinely Good Person who tries his best to facilitate this community. Do I like that he doesn't let me talk about gay sex parties and politics? Not really, but I respect the ever loving **** out of him not because I'm a boot licker but because in every single interaction I've ever had with him he's proven himself to be a genuine human being of extremely high caliber and I don't think someone of the moral fiber of Ian would suffer cliques like some sort of WWF stables....

That's fine. If there's one thing I'd argue to the death it's that I'm not someone who reports ****. I don't really like private interactions here, though, so maybe I'm out of the loop but honestly I don't really give af about that sort of thing. I'm here to have a good time by either learning more about the game, argue about the game, or making people laugh. I've never seen the potential here for anything else, but to your point I could just be blissfully unaware, I guess.

Still, until provided with evidence to the contrary I will suspect the idea of cliques using the report function to protect each other is an urban legend.

I’ve never reported or ignored a single person, or even spam disliked other than some petty disagree sparring with QuantamMechanic. There are no cliques here. The lame grievances being made are actually embarrassing coming from grown ass adults.
