Starting this thread to discuss any notable cuts and moves around the league as we approach the deadline for cutdowns to 53 (4:00 PM Eastern on Tuesday). Any relatively "big names" or players who might be sensible to be claimed on waivers by the Pats should be discussed.

The Dolphins have a few players still recovering from injury who will begin the year on the physically unable to perform list — and another who may come off the list to start the year.

Just like snafu who stole 27 million from us and now is going to get another ring at KC.. Donovan Smith is the guy I'd go after. Unless you want Okorafor protecting Drake.

I said last week that I think it'd be smart to try to ink Bakhtiari to a deal now that camp is over and just hope his health holds up. You could also wait til week 1 has passed so that his deal is no longer guaranteed and becomes week-to-week. Humphries is also a decent option but he is probably not healthy yet.
