There are fewer and fewer records for Brady to break but he's getting close to a big one. The 100,000 passing yard mark.
He has 96 969 total for reg and playoffs.
That would be pretty ridiculous to be 10 seasons of 10 wins ahead of second place. Of course wins aren't a QB stat unless we are talking about 2021 Rodgers of course. Also, 277 wins. 2023 likely would be the year he reaches 300. Manning is second all time with…200.
Rodgers logic dictate that he should have.He missed 4 games there was no way he'd win it.
When it comes to the TD:Ratio sure, but the 4 games disqualified him from winning it. That's a quarter of the season. It's a close race this year, but I do think Brady fatigue has a lot to with it. If this was Allen/Burrow/Herbert/ even Mahomes that posted these stats with the same team record they'd win it in a landslide.Rodgers logic dictate that he should have.
That's the year that Goody & the 32 took a quarter of his season away and that took away at least 10 TDs from his total. I think they were trying to preserve some of Brees' records but, as usual, Tom prevailed.Using the Rodgers logic, Brady should have won MVP in 2016 when he had a 28-2 TD/Int ratio.
They don’t have the GOATI think it was this year for the Pats.
Yessir.
Is that what happened?
I'll be the first to admit that I sure miss good ol' Tom, but I don't really I care that the bar is lower. I expected worse and I got it, but making the playoffs is no small feat. They don’t have the GOAT
the bar is lower
I think there's only been 1 coach who had success vs Brady and Belichick and he just got fired. His record is more important than both those things. If we went by coaches who can get by Brady and make SBs there would be no one on your list.
Ya they aren't wrong and Rodgers can have his MVP. 100% though if roles were reversed or if a Burrows or Allen had the Brady season they would win. It wouldn't be close. Both Rodgers and Burrows were great this year though so it's not like they were ****.Rodgers is a gigantic favorite in Vegas to win MVP and I can’t imagine they’d be so enormously wrong about this considering they surely have people approach the 50 voters to gauge their feeling.
Do the oddsmakers have votes?Rodgers is overwhelming favorite in Vegas odds
Good for Aaron. I wish him well. He seems like a good egg.Rodgers is a gigantic favorite in Vegas to win MVP and I can’t imagine they’d be so enormously wrong about this considering they surely have people approach the 50 voters to gauge their feeling.
Unlikely, as I think that only happens in the event of a tie. Even a 26 to 24 vote means a winner and a loser.I think MVP is going to be closer than people think. I could see a co-MVP.
