The young talent on this team is pretty darn good.

Agreed. Uche, Wino and Dugger are exciting. Hall at LB is a bit better than expected. Still need help at DT and strong Dline that can pass rush.

Season's back on! We need to string quite a few wins together here. I think 10-6 is a real possibility which should be able to get us in the playoffs. 9-7 would be really pushing it. I know the team unlike me is taking it one game at a time and it's onto houston for them, obviously can't afford to drop the easy ones.

Harris is a stud, and this offense can still be very special. Considering the monsoon 23 points against a good defense is a solid performance. The conditions really played a part late against both offenses, for us it probably cost us a TD when Cam had Jacoby wide open and it hurt us late being 1 dimensional as the Ravens just sold out to stop the run. Will only help getting Edelman back and if we ever get anything out the rookie TE's *if they get healthy*.

The defense still has some major holes in it, 2 of their drives were killed by bad snaps and again the weather overall had an effect on the offenses. Still saw some improvements there compared to the previous 3 weeks, and hopefully we get Gilmore back soon. That will have a big impact on the defense as a whole.

Better playcalling today , especially in the first half, but in the 4th quarter not so much. Too many dives up the middle on first down. I was begging for them to run a bootleg on 1st and when they finally did, 8 yard run by Cam setting a 2nd and 2. Nice job by Cam btw to make the lone defender miss to make it 8 yards vs nothing.

Overall lots of improvment needed but we're getting better. Even if this team comes up short of the playoffs, if we play as we have outside of the 3 games during / shortly after the outbreak, I think that's definitely something to build off of into next year and I'm definitely down for extending Cam another 2 or 3 years. Need help obviously and a solid offseason but this is far from a hopeless situation or a team that needs to be gutted.
10-6 is pretty much a necessity. We need a great run and fortunately we are picking up some momentum.

But for now I’ll try to enjoy it one game at a time and see what happens.

This is why I don't bet on football anymore.

It was so good to see increased roles for both Dugger and Davis. That’s how this defense will win, big guys up front eating blocks for the DBs playing in the box.
Good to see Dugger healthy. Same for Davis.. Hopefully the Pats get him one of those mouthguards that help prevent concussions.. Wouldn't mind seeing a 4 man front of Guy, Cowart, Davis and Butler with Simon, Wino and Wise rotating on the edges

No. only 2 "serviceable" games. The 49ers game he lost singlehandedly with his drive killing decisions..
Bills (even with the fumble) , jets and this game. He’s definitely got the reins on after the 49ers debacle and its working well so far. Gotta open it up sometime though teams are now stacking the box against us.

Find someone in life the way Andrews hugged Newton...

Don't get too excited. The weather played a huge part in this game. Yes, the Pats played in the same conditions but I didn't see a lot of improvement. Yes. They can run the ball. But they still suck on ice when the have to pass it.

It's nice they've inserted themselves in the playoff conversation but they're going to get bounced early if they get there.

Damien Harris looks like he's 15

Just got back from the airport, dropped some dry ice over Gilette a little while ago - how'd the game go?
Great game. Damien Harris had his best game so far, Meyers another good one including throwing a TD pass. Should have had a TD catch as well.

Cam played decent again. By that I mean smart. Allowed Harris to carry the load and made the smart plays when we needed it. Took what the defense gave him. No dangerous passes, no fumbles.

Defense had a good game as well. They seemed to have Lamar relatively well contained and he struggled to pass on us.

Notice in Damien’s performances he routinely picks up 6, 7, 8 or more yards by bowling over guys and getting tough yards. He doesn’t just get his yards off of one or two break away runs.

Not like when a bunch of Sony fans had a collective orgasm for having a 100 yard game this season based on one long run.
Nobody had a "collective orgasm" for Sony having a 100 yard game. Sony was running well this season behind a good O-line. Just like Harris is doing. Just like Sony did in 2018.. But like every other biased Sony hater, you ignore that the O-line was crap last year with Andrews out and both Mason and Cannon playing hurt all season.

so what? no one thinks they will win the SB, but nice to see some grit and toughness to build on. No need to rain on our parade,

Dugger played well, but I can't help but notice that Jojuan Williams is mia.
Williams was playing on STs I believe.

Luckily we didn't see Brooks taking snaps..

Nice to see the faster younger guys, Uche, Dugger, Wilson. Something new for us. Hightower comes back to plug the middle in 2021. Should have the DBs back in 2021 too. Not a great team but above average. Need a QB who can throw the ball. Not a Lamar type.

Okay Sony is fine. He is serviceable. But what is clear is that Damien is much better.
