Who will handle covering AB and who would you choose?

Obviously there will be Safety help over the top.

Gilmore hopefully.

I hope Gilmore, but it will most likely be butler

Butler and McCourty most likely. They cant shut him down but the important thing is not letting him fly all over the field like he did against the Ravens. They had Brandon Carr on him, often without safety help, and he torched them for like zillion yards.

I would guess butler with safety help and gilmore to hopefully erase juju on his own. Not much elsewhere ben can go

I think we match up well against the Steelers receivers. Butler and Gilmore have both had good games vs Brown. I say Gilmore With occasional help.

I am not afraid at all. We match up well against the Steelers. Butler with DMC help on Brown. Glimore on Bryant and Rowe/Jones on Juju(He's smaller) ...

Why do people want Gilmore? Great idea, put the tall guy on the short guy and the short guy on the tall guy.

Because he’s our best corner and will be physical with Brown all game.

Whoever with Safety help over the Top wouldn't mind L Bell having a Great game if that means stopping their Air Attack. That would slow the Game down in our favor.

Regardless of the particular match ups, this secondary is phenomenal and definitely has the tools to contain Pittsburgh's passing game. At the same time, they've also got the right philosophy on defense to contain a RB like Bell.

If they play up to their potential, which they should given the **** performance on Monday, then under no circumstance should Pittsburgh's offense put up more than 17 points.

Butler but i can't say i'm as confident he can get the job done as i would of been if 2 months ago.

I have a feeling AB will be contained...but a guy like Ju ju or Bryant will go off. I'd have Gilmore & Chung cover AB & Butler match Bryant.

This makes zero sense. But then again I am not surprised..

You can easily distinguish the fantasy level fans from people that recognize this game is about matchups just based on them saying Gilmore should cover AB. Jesus...

what if gronk kills brown on a punt return?

Speaking of Gronk career wise he's been a Steeler Killer also Hogan showed in the Playoffs last year that they couldn't stop him. I like our chances with those guys.

Gilmore is tall AND faster than Brown. That extra length will make Ben have to make a better throw. Plus Brown pushes off all the time and you need someone physical like Gilmore that can handle it better. If you have watched the Steelers, Brown kills teams with the deep routes. He gets so much separation with his speed and pushes. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see Jones ,our fastest db, with safety help all game, with Gilmore and Butler taking care of Bryant and Juju.
