Even if we keep the obviously blown call on the INT in first Buffalo game, and the probably blown route by Britt in the second Buffalo game, we get the following.
Tom Brady's QB rating in the last 4 games, including the Miami stinker:
87.6
Tom Brady's QB rating over the last 4 games minus the Miami stinker:
91.7
Just looking at that second number, and just removing the obviously blown non-call:
97.2
So, just to show the impact of the two anomalies (Miami was the annual stinker game, Buffalo game 1 PI not called), if you take those out, Tom Brady's "bad play" would give him a QB rating that would put him in a tie with Aaron Rodgers for the 7th highest in the NFL.
And, just to take that the final step, if the INT was on Britt and we take that out, Brady's "bad time" minus the Miami game would still have him with a QB rating of 102.8, and would have him at #3 in the league.
So he's 2 shady plays away from nobody saying anything except that the Miami game was a ****ty game for the whole team.
But...... PANIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
