This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
BTW, heading into this game, according to Football Outsiders, Edelman is, depending on what statistic you use, either the third or fourth most successful WR in the entire NFL this season.
When your actual "outside" receivers are inactive or not doing anything, it becomes more a necessity...Edelman is very good but overall he is still more a short to intermediate receiver...
Again, I hope I am wrong and this receiving corp will be great but so far in this young season, I am not very confident that it will happen...We shall see though...
Why? He's 3o years old and has averaged 44 catches a year in his NFL career. About the same and Brandon LaFell over his first four years in the league and who is younger and who is not being asked to be the Pats go-to receiver.
Not counting the year he went on IR in the first game, Amendola has averaged 61 catches a year for his four years in the NFL.
Why do you like James Jones, but not these two Pats receivers?
