I doubt its true, but man do I love the idea of Lynch in our backfield.. at least the Lynch of 2 years ago.. He was still going strong but retired early, so I think he definitely could put 1-2 good years in if he's serious about getting back into the league

Beast Mode nor AP are coming through that door. ML always wants top dollar and the Pats are not paying a RB. The other beat a child and would be a major distraction, besides his fumbling history. Patriots have used AP and they will also use Lynch to get LG to sign the contract on the table. I think they are going to use Burkhead more than we think. They payed him that way. Big name backs do not fit in the stable
