“Boss! The Jets have 15 guys on the Covid list...many of them are their best players. We need to take the point spread offline and adjust it immediately.”

”Who are they replacing these guys with?”

“A bunch of guys who have no business playing in the NFL. They’ll be laughably unprepared for the game and not even physically fit to play.“

”Keep the spread as is.”

Hmm, the whole team is laughably unprepared to play, thats the jest way

No surprise, but still worth mentioning: da Jete don't have a single player they can say is decent.

Jete/JAX is the Super Bowl of tanking. A Jete Loss would flip the script, and give them the inside track because both them and JAX should lose out, but we all know da Jete have an amazing ability to do what is not in their best interest. Putting 16 players on the COVID list at once might draw the ire of the gods of karma, IMO.

It's interesting to ponder the notion of two basement-dwelling teams playing each other hoping to lose. Why would anyone actually attend this game?

Perhaps they lost a bet?

Ticket prices at NFL Ticket Exchange start at a paltry $16, quite a few available under $20. The game is in New Jersey, of course.

Understanding Jete fans is impossible, they defy all attempts at logical analysis.

The best I can do is say they suck, so they follow a team that sucks.
