As a Rams fan I think the neutral site favors the Rams more so than NE. The Super Dome was brutal and communication between Goff and Mcvay was almost impossible. Communication was also impossible at the line of scrimmage.

The Rams need that communication much more so than the Pats IMO.

If your QB needs communication with his coach so badly and can’t think on his own. Then the site does not matter. Once McVay is not in his ear. I can guarantee you Belichick will be on his mind

We will find out. I’m not saying he “needs it badly”. He did pretty well in NO. He out played Brees hands down. You can talk about the no call all you want, but the Rams dominated them in yards gained.

He may not need it badly, but it’s a huge bonus. If you haven’t watched the Rams consistently then you won’t understand this aspect of their offense. They will get to the LOS with 20-25 seconds in the play clock, and they will dial up positive plays.

I didn’t mention the “NO CALL” you did that all by yourself

Not so fast rookie. ;) Granted it will be a lot easier to for LA to communicate, but the same goes for the Pats. Think about this. Which team's QB is better prepared to use his vast experience to communicate more effectively. (oops did I tip off my answer? ;) ) Same goes for the defense. The Pats have several experienced vets, like Hightower and McCourty, who will use the lack of crowd noise, to better communicate presnap adjustments to the rest of the team. Usually those calls come from the ILB's and S's. Neither are areas of strength and experience for the Rams. Just sayin'

The Rams don’t belong in the SB
I disagree. You are surely referring to the “non call” (because their talent level is plenty strong).

If you are indeed basing your comment on that ONE play, then I just can’t play along. NO did nothing after coming out strong early. Nothing, that is, except cry like babies... they won OT the flip. They had a lead with less than 2min left. They played over 60min.

You know BB always prepares the Patriots for the noise. I wonder if McVay is that detail oriented? No way to say one way or the other. They did just play in NO so they aren't that removed from it so I think overall they'll be fine but the noise did affect the offense in NO. If Bill/BF are showing one thing and under 15 seconds switch and Goff tries to get out of a play it will be at least somewhat of an advantage.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion......if the flag gets thrown, the game is over because the saints take a knee 3 times and kick the fg. That’s it......none of the other ******** matters at that point.....period.....case closed and my point that the rams don’t belong in the sb stands

I’m sorry I absolutely didn’t mean you directly. I just meant people in general.

I don’t usually hold refs responsible for the outcome of a game and who advances. If that call was made with 3-4 minutes left in the game I would overlook it. You could not predict the outcome at that point.
A flag obviously should have been dropped and NO would have had first and goal at the 5. They would have taken three knees and kicked a 20 yard FG to end the game. That was a 99% outcome.
So it did not matter how NO played or how talented the Rams are. They played the game and NO put themselves in position to win. The refs dropped the Rams into the SB.

Just commented above the same content as you. I did not see your comment I was responding to an earlier comment. When Istarted reading the rest of the comments I noticed I duplicated you.

I believe NE and LA split ticket sales evenly at about 11% each. Hard to imagine most of the other tickets won't be against the Pats.
The league (as much as would like to) can't control the secondary market. That's where the Pats fans appear to be blowing LA out of the water.

My friends that are going bought 2 tickets and are in the LA family section. One of them runs a business and he does business in LA. Don’t hold credence on that theory.

So your evidence is that a Rams fan sold their seats to another Rams fan?

My point is that by all accounts Pats fans are outnumbering Rams fans in the ATL. That may or may not mean anything but it might be an indicator of how many people from NE bought or are planning to buy tickets from legal scalpers.

Rams fans in the family section sold their seats to a company who sold them to my friends that are Pats fans. I get what you are saying but there are so many tickets on the secondary market. If you are a fan you can get them, just depends what fan base floods it. My guess this time it will be Pats fans. Last year the total opposite

So basically you’re saying is that the neutral site favors LA because NE is a so much more well coached team and NE can handle fan noise much better than LA.

Well, I mean, sure.... I suppose....

LI in Houston was a pro Pats crowd. Helped with the comeback I think.

I was there and without a doubt, the crowd helped.

My guess is that was a 60/40 maybe 65/35, this 9ne appears to be 80/20.
Huge advantage, unless Rams can steal our us VS world mentality.
