Experience in blowing out his knee (needing a cadaver bone like Burrow), or shoulder, or hip, etc? I know injuries can happen just in pre-game warmups, but with this OL, the chance of a serious injury greatly increases.Because Maye needs experience.
I’ll be at that game, who’s coming down??He should've been starting yesterday, but I'll go with at Tennessee.
Experience rehabbing a serious injury? Experience concussion protocol?Because Maye needs experience.
I really truly hope it's next week. The offense needs a spark. Here's the rest of the schedule:
6 vs. Houston
7 @ JAX in London
8 vs. JEST
9 @ Tennessee
10 @ Chicago
11 vs. Rams
12 @ Miami
13 vs. Indy
BYE
15 @ Arizona
16 @ Beefalos
17 vs. Chargers
18 vs Beefalos
Just like Daniels in Washington.. he's so injured he's got his team to a abysmal 4-1 record.Experience rehabbing a serious injury? Experience concussion protocol?
Great post!!! To add insult to injury on just how bad Brissett is.. Flacco had another big day today. He's the guy with championship pedigree at least that I would want Drake to learn from.Well it should have been week 1. Could have been today. We would have won. The entire thing is ridiculous.
We can’t play him behind this line… but he’s the backup who goes in the second Brissett gets hurt…Yeah. That makes sense. The plan sucks. The communication of it is even worse. Mayo’s perceived strength has been a fn disaster. Give me BB’s one word answers over this amateur hour any day.
BTW if you’re going to bench a player, bench him. Don’t discuss your options with the media beforehand.
The line wasn’t that bad after the 1st quarter. Brissett was terrible again. At least they put MO back to guard. That should have been obvious two weeks ago.
While Maye sits everyone other rookie improves. Bedard yapping about how he isn’t ready almost makes it sound as if he wasn’t worth the pick. Funny though, every time we see him actually play he looks like a guy with a ton of potential.
Love sat behind Rogers. Rodgers Farve. Mahomes Alex Smith. Young Montana. No stud quarterback sat behind a career backup for a year. It’s almost like they are trying to make him into Trey Lance. He won’t be perfect but he’ll be better than what we’re getting.
The line was good enough for Maye to play today. Face it team was tanking in fn September and won’t admit it.
I simply don’t believe Mayo when he says Brissett gives the team the best chance to win. I don’t think he believes it either.
A friend of my Dad's just made the move from California to Tennessee. I'm not sure where though.I’ll be at that game, who’s coming down??
I love it down here. No state taxes and the right side of the political environment for me. Cheaper cost of living too, my property taxes are so cheap compared what my family pays back up north AND Davison county (Nashville) is building a brand new stadium that I don’t have to pay a dime for (I’m in Wilson county )A friend of my Dad's just made the move from California to Tennessee. How do you like it out there?
Yeah, my Dad's friend said he's getting a 2 bedroom apartment for like $800. Out here in a good area in California, you're looking at close to $3,000.I love it down here. Where’s he getting that? Even that’s cheap for around here. Maybe further out? I’ll say this, all the Cali, NY, and Chicago folks that have migrated here have certainly helped my home value over double. 3700 sqft house runs me about 1950 a year for property taxes.Yeah, my Dad's friend said he's getting a 2 bedroom apartment for like $800. It’s football. When did the fan base become so ****ified?Experience rehabbing a serious injury? Experience concussion protocol?
I ran the numbers. 30 of the past 32 QBs drafted top 5 overall saw significant starting time their rookie seasons. Most - but not all - started as of week 1.He should have been starting week 1. This whole thing is ****ing insane.
Top 5 picks virtually always start from Game 1 with the exception of Trey Lance, who is one of the biggest busts of the last 25 years.
This excuse is weaksauce. Any QB drafted top 5 overall is, by definition, going to a horrible team. Drake Maye isn't the first high draft pick to play behind an atrocious o-line.Experience in blowing out his knee (needing a cadaver bone like Burrow), or shoulder, or hip, etc? Lots of folks are leaving CA for TENN and never looking back.I love it down here. No state taxes and the right side of the political environment for me.
