Paid. Sure, showed up, not so manyPaid attendance today said 64,628 ... I don't know how accurate that is, but that's the official number from the league.
LOL, just looked and the stadium's site lists its capacity at 64,628 (I think it's actually closer to 68k+ with standing room only, etc), but that stadium certainly wasn't sold out. It looked at least half empty. As @cmasspatsfan said, that's the paid total, obviously, not that many went through the gate. What is normal? That feels higher than it looked like.
There were a number of passes where he threw behind the open receiver.I have a hard time putting the blame on Zappe. He obviously could've been better, but he wasn't ****ting his pants and throwing panic balls. He threw multiple passes that could have been huge plays if his man had caught it or had gotten another foot in bounds. Other times he just got screwed. He didn't have any plays where he personally screwed the pooch that I can think of. This one was really just on the OL and receivers blowing it. That said, Zappe can absolutely be upgraded...
No.Did either team even get in the red zone?
That stinks of Krafts inflating numbers. Wouldn’t put it past them to “buy” their own tickets at $1 just to avoid the true number optics.LOL, just looked and the stadium's site lists its capacity at 64,628 (I think it's actually closer to 68k+ with standing room only, etc), but that stadium certainly wasn't sold out. I don't think they're inflated, the league appears to track it based on tickets sold. Tickets are purchased ahead of time, and many of those ended up on the secondary market. That stinks of Krafts inflating numbers. No way more than 40k people were there
0/0 for both teams today.Did either team even get in the red zone?
Ahhhh….I’d have to look at how deeply they were discounted. Those tickets sellers tend to use dynamic pricing.I don't think they're inflated, the league appears to track it based on tickets sold. Tickets are purchased ahead of time, and many of those ended up on the secondary market.
Best pass interference thrower evah! The corpse of Flacco is better than any QB we have combined.
Super cheap - I posted one tweet that one of the local guys found where it was $20 for 2 seats. And there were plenty of others that were $20 a piece. Would have been a good one to go to - save for the weather and the product on the field.Ahhhh….I’d have to look at how deeply they were discounted. Those tickets sellers tend to use dynamic pricing.
If they were cheap, it may have been the first time in a while a normal family could afford to catch a game live.
Suck won, suck lost…the suck just sucked! That was suck vs suck and suck won.
He saved his best throw for lastAnd why not? Herbert made the KEY throw on 3rd down to seal the deal. That's a throw to the outside hash that none of our noodle arm QBs could have made. That's the difference between an NFL starter and what we have behind center right now.
