A Frustrating Observation On N'Keal Harry

I wrote about this in an entry this morning, but he's a guy who just doesn't seem like he knows what he's doing. He's late off the ball on quite a few snaps, which I highlighted in a post this morning but figured it was worthy of sharing here.

Take a look at these:

It's just crazy...he's literally the last guy to move in all three of these. I've tried to stick up for him, but man...this is just unreal

Why bother sticking up for him. He has never worked out for the Pats. It was time to dump him in the off season, they tried but no team wants him I guess or the Pats were demanding too much. Now it is obvious that he has to go.

Bye Bye waste of time.

Maybe Brady will take him in place of Antonio Brown, ha ha ha.

I'll say this very simply because you are a serial liar:
1. Jonnu Smith's production is way down this year because the oc has no clue how to use 2 pass catching TEs. But you want to deflect arguing whether it's exactly 2X lower or not. Got it . Organizational stooge.
2. The oc has never shown to use 2 pass catching TEs for a year. You citing seasons with a 2nd blocking TE does not dispel this in any way. And There's plenty of evidence he has no clue how to use TEs: St Louis'11, Denver'10, New England'19, New England'20.
3. You claim the Pats drafted well by citing a dozen crappy bench players and use this to say the Pats drafted great from 2013-2019.

LOL. All gum-flapping, hyperbole ignoring context and no data to back up your BS. Board clown.

Robertweathers = Organizational stooge.

1. We have a rookie QB
2. Jonnu was fighting a hurt shoulder much of the season
3. The Titans offense isn't the same as the Pats...so their is a learning curve

It will click eventually...maybe not this season though

Then maybe he should return all but the vet minimum of his salary from this season…

Thank you! :haha: I didn't check the context of the source image, but it def looks like a pre-2021 N'Keal Special!

Fantastic defense. Oh wait you mean #15 was the receiver on the pass? Oops.... well hey 12 catches all year long for a crappy crappy special teamer isn't bad. Actually, it's horrifically bad if you tell me this guy was a 1st round pick.

Get a new OC asap.

How many with worse production were picked above JE11?

I think it's 2 topics. BB is awesome at turning low picks and UDFA into really good players. Meanwhile Nkeal Harry was a total draft bust in the 1st round. So i guess it depends on what point you're making. One point is NKeal Harry sucks and is an epic 1st round bust and the Pats are 0/3 on high picks at WR and should just flat out avoid the position with high draft picks. The second point is BB is able to turn low picks and UDFA into gems and I would also argue that no other coach would have been able to do with with Edelman (or a half dozen other guys)

Face it. BillB has no clue picking WRs in the draft... Some teams has great luck picking WRs... Patriots are not one of them.
He likes to pick out-of-the-norm.

Wilkerson looked great in pre-season.

Also makes a lot of sense that Meyers + Bourne be the wideouts in the red zone. Not Agholar. Meyers and Bourne are fast off the line and both good at getting open within 15 yards. Agholor's straight line speed isn't very helpful in the red zone.
Wilkerson looked great at the beginning of preseason then had a couple drops/ tough games at the end and was cut.
