If Rodgers wanted to win the Pats would be on his list. Maybe that tells us all we need to know.

Belichick needs to sell the farm now, I don't care if we give up 1st rounds. Get Rogers in New England.

Big IF but if rodgers gets traded to SF
What does GB do at 3#? Would they take a Qb still

Interesting...

GB should actually take the SF offer depending on the players involved. 3rd pick , Aiyuk, and 2-3 future 1st rounders. You’d have Jones, Adams, Aiyuk which is a loaded offense tale Pitts at 3

Then we’ll win a lot of regular season games and lose in the playoffs while he hangs his head and complains. No thanks

I certainly would. Nothing I’ve read about or saw with Love would lead me to believe he’s a franchise QB. That pick honestly mystifies me still to this day.

Does anyone on the east coast realize that Denver is 1,000 miles from the west coast?
It's crazy, I didn't realize at all where it was and how far away from everything Green Bay really is until you said that.

Dysfuntion within an organization leads to a decsion like that. Can pretty much guarantee there were two halved groups in the orgnization and that pick was more about control/spite than strategic soundness.

It would be awesome just to see people here have to convince themselves that they like him now.

My dislike for him is pretty high...I don't know if I could.

Do we really have gay members here? I’ve never gotten a PM. I’m insulted. And a little hurt.

I'm not a big fan of Rodgers...and it isn't just a "he's the enemy" thing like with LeBron, where I can just acknowledge I hate LeBron because of the damage he's laid to the Celtics and other annoyances that all superstars because they have a microscope.

The strange thing about Rodgers is I think I actually like him, to some degree, as a person. He has some flaws, but he seems to be one of the more genuine people in terms of not caring much what others think about him...and more than that, he's kind of a loner, a guy who just isn't a friendly midwesterner, and he has insecurities like all of us.

What I think the problem is: his personality is simply not a fit as a jock, alpha male, a guy who can relate to others...he's a very smart guy and I think overly analytical and also extremely sensitive...qualities that aren't necessarily bad on their own but just don't fit in well in leading a football team and being one of the most famous people in the world. I just think this guy hates being famous...which I admire...but I think a lot of these qualities do actualliy lead to poor leadership and also some extreme selfishness.

I'd embrace a trade for Rodgers...I just think the chance to land an all-time great QB is so rare and hard to do that you need to jump at it. The alternative is always worse. He has some big flaws and is no Tom Brady, but he sure is good.

Really, Rodgers couldn’t of made this known a month ago? Why wait four hours before the draft to leak this?

Bill’s head must be ringing from all the phone calls....hopefully one of those calls went to Green Bay....
If they actually tried to trade him earlier this offseason, then, well . . . "Revenge is a dish best served cold."

Tells us something, just not sure what :
(1) NE is a QB away from winning, thus AR doesn’t care about winning
OR
(2) AR indeed wants to win, but NE isn’t as close as fans would like to think

(3) AR wants to win, realizes that more than one team can put him into contention, and doesn't want to play in NE/on the east coast.
