No, I didn't change the goal posts. Are you now going to try claiming that the AFCCG is the final game of the NFL season?
Have you been boozing it up tonight?

You're not very bright, are you?
You need to get to the Super Bowl first. Considering NE is picking 15th overall I would say trying to be the best team in the AFC is a more pressing concern for this team right now than beating the NFC winner. The match-up of Tampa's D line vs the KC o-line is of no concern to us. One of your fellow bucs fans brought it up as if it had some bearing on a pats forum. And of course, you jumped to his defense because...well, you're you.
Wrong again. Wow. That's impressive.
I've got toenail clippings that are as intelligent as you seem to be, so save your boring personal shots, and your inflated view of your own I.Q. for someone who might care about it. Now, let's try using your head here. Let's start with the post you made, and to which I responded:You're not very bright, are you?

Some of you don't think things through before you post. The chiefs tackle situation affects NE's chances of reaching the Super bowl. The Bucs defensive line and Brady do not...
Not really...on the list of priorities for this team, winning the AFC comes before winning the SB. Of course, before that, the Pats have to win the division, which is the number 1 priority.

K.C. Trades for Orlando Brown Jr.
- The Patriots actually play the Bucs in this year's regular season, which means that the Bucs, including their DL and Brady, affect NE's chances of reaching the SB, at least as of this moment. That alone made your post ridiculous.
- The Patriots do not play the Chiefs in the regular season this year, and would only face them in the playoffs if everything lined up for it. That means that the Chiefs tackle situation may end up having literally no effect upon NE's chances of reaching this year's Super Bowl.
- Also, making the SB is not the goal, though avoiding the obvious, that the Bucs represented the NFC in last year's SB, seems to have been your goal in pretending the SB doesn't exist, and the end of the season is the AFCCG. Unfortunately for you, such is not actually the case.
So, to sum up, it's certain that the Patriots will be playing the Bucs this year, not certain that the Patriots will be facing the Chiefs this year, and the Bucs are the current favorite to represent the NFC in this year's Super Bowl. So your post was ridiculous, in more than one aspect.
I'm not the one who is at the bottom of my profession like you are.
Are you dense? Never mind...see the first sentence. The Chiefs tackle situation is going to affect their overall record and hence the race towards the number 1 seed in the AFC. The one game the Pats play the Bucs is meaningless...the 17 games the chiefs play is much more impactful on the AFC seeding. Get it?
KC has already converted money owed to Mahomes this season into signing bonus so they could delay the inevitable.Wasn't his contract considered team friendly when it was signed? Like yeah it's big but not crushing. Or so I had read.
You have no idea where I "rank" in my profession. You also have no idea what you're talking about when it comes to football. You also didn't claim that the Chiefs would have more impact on the AFC seeding. As I've quoted twice now, what you actually wrote wasI'm not the one who is at the bottom of my profession like you are.

They shored up their biggest weakness. The one game the Pats play the Bucs is meaningless...the 17 games the chiefs play is much more impactful on the AFC seeding. Get it?

Hahaha. Without a doubt you're a bottom..... professionally.
By the way, you're moving the goalposts here and for some reason still are disregarding the fact that the Bucs and the Pats play this season.
i could care less about one non-conference game. what do you think Bill is more worried about? the chiefs overall record or the Bucs game? i’m guessin he’s more concerned with getting out of the AFC. BTW, the Pats cannot go 14-2 next year...try to keep up.
So the Bucs game doesn't matter. Got it.
Bill is worried about every game because one game could make or break the Pat's playoff chances. It's pretty simple.
KCs record is definitely not BBs concern over an actual regular season game. That's ridiculous.
I apologize for the 14-2 statement because obviously my implications went right over your feet.
Ok great. Bill is going to draft players next week with Tampa in mind and not the top teams in the AFC... got it.
Are you starting a new argument? That has nothing to do with whether or not the Bucs will affect NEs chances of "reaching" the super bowl this season.
Much like your 14-2 comment, it wasn't meant to be taken literally...the point being that the Chiefs' situation has far more consequences on the Patriots 2021 season than the Bucs do.
