Deshaun Watson accused of sexual assault in lawsuit

I mentioned previously all rich/famous folks should record everything 24/7. Walking around with body cams n such.

Hope we see the day soon that someone gets caught up in a similar situation, but doesn't release the footage right away. Doesn't let the public know he has the proof of innocence.

Just let the public criticism mount. More complaints start coming in. Discussion of criminal charges...

Then after everyone is all riled up, release the videos showing no wrongdoing.
Sad thing is, this would actually be a really terrible strategy. You would’ve already lost in the public’s eyes. You wouldn’t get nearly the vindication you should. Everyone would’ve already had their fun trashing you and your reputation would be shot.
Ask Brady how he feels about having evidence in your favor made public months after you get absolutely trashed.

horrible reading comprehension on your part.
I was describing why you can’t apply “why would he not accept the settlement if he did nothing” logic.

Oh GTFO with that crap. You cut off a sentence that described his entire life experience to “poverty”. I’m not commenting on his parents, or who should have done what. I am commenting on people who grow up entitled and are handed boatloads of money, adoration and privilege not developing the same attitudes and moral compass that the poster was expecting for them.

He was probably handed girls too.

This could help shed some light on things here.

"When Plaintiff asked her manager why she was not paid the full price, she was told that Watson said that Plaintiff had not given him what he wanted."

Find the manager! Ask if he/she has recollection of this, and if any details were discussed. Perhaps a complaint by the masseuse then?

BTW, it turns out one of these "highly skilled, highly trained professionals" was giving her first massage ever.

From the petition: "Watson got completely naked. Plaintiff had never done a massage before so she thought maybe this was normal behavior."

Yeah, I am sure her career earnings will be quite lucrative.  BTW, anyone who reads the latest court filings must admit that Casey Jones has got nuthin' on Deshaun Watson.

Infinite claimants prove nothing in the absence of evidence.
Claimant means one person is making a claim. You're continued use of the singular is a lame attempt at minimizing the fact that many more than one person has come forward, and that has nothing to with what is or isn't evidence.

I'm sure everyone here remembers when Julien Edelman was accused by that girl of groping her in that club. If it weren't for the surveillance camera showing he didnt do it than who knows what kind of trouble he would have been and if hed have to pay out money in a civil suit? And how many more would have seen an opportunity to join in on it

He sounds shy.

He sounds shy.
I mean you'd think if an employee comes to you as a manager, and tells you they were just sexually assaulted, you'd at least file some sort of formal complaint.

I'm sure there'd be some paper trail. And I'd guess there's some liability or responsibility to file a police report.

It doesn’t say that in this article

I can't follow or make sense of this. One lawyer, one massage place, months of visits, a couple dozen "assaults" all brought forward to make it appear that they are all waking up and coming forward independently of each other? Am I getting this right?

(So did the Pats do this to make him more available? Lower price? Sorry - can't help myself.)

Getting stranger by the article l. He is done IMO. 3124F0E4-A779-435A-96FA-7043FA038F8B.jpeg
