Sure you can. He just did.

Someone just compared Jackson's stats to Brady's stats, and low and behold, the world is still rotating, the sun is still rising, and the sky is still blue.
who is he, your little intellectually challenged brother?

you're obviously a complete whackjob. You realize you just stated Brady was thought to be a fraud and THIS is why you're comparing a player that has NOT EVEN SHOWN UP in the playoffs yet to a player that had two Super Bowl rings in three seasons , en route to SIX rings and 10 appearances? You "just wanted to see" the development? No you didn't, you want to pimp this running back that throws passes and wilts in the playoffs with the greatest QB in NFL history. I guess you want to argue that now too.I get it. Brady was lucky and your poor little moron that still can't read an NFL defense is "comparable" using YOUR idiotic Ron Borges fueled contention that Brady was "Mr. Dink&Dunk", a media canard that was a persistent mantra of the Drew Bledsoe Media Broken Hearts Club. Tell you what, try comparing your mancrush with Randall Cunningham or Michael Vick. The Tom Brady you obviously despise is obliterating any comparison with your little lost lamby pie Lamar this season...at age 43. You actually believe your little pinball RB/QB is going to last even 5 + years in this league?
Yeah - a point in time in 2003, after the season opening 31-0 loss to the Bills where he threw 0TD/4INT en route to a 2-2 record, a year after he choked against the Jets to miss the playoffs, 2 years after he won a ring where he got really really lucky with the Tuck Rule where he could've easily been a one and done, yeah - a lot of people thought he was a fraud (I didn't as a homer). How is that so hard to comprehend? Looks like you've been around for a while, so I'm guessing you remember what I'm talking about.

Laughing at the thought that you think I despise Brady. Oh man just too funny. I missed this - a part of me is sad I didn't join this place 20 years ago.

The power of the press is a real thing, in and out of sports and for good and bad. The same nonsense occurred when Jim Nants, the original Tuckhead, started that ball rolling.

The Pats' run is unequaled and will never be close to being matched. For 19 straight years of the B&B Show, the Pats had the best record in the AFCE every single season. The whiners can s**k on that.
Not too mention multiple stolen draft picks never even slowed them down because the NFL got jealous BB had two first rounders in his pocket almost every year. You notice he doesn't stockpile first round picks anymore? He know the NFL will just manufacture a way to make him dump one.

They're totally different QBs. Like debating John Stockton vs Allen Iverson. Including all the vitriol towards Iverson for being so different from what a PG was supposed to be across a variety of factors....

Ehhhhhh. Maybe a little off-topic, but I think there's a case to be made that some players make the players around them better (Stockton), whereas others (Iverson) play such a ballhog, me-first game that they actually prevent teammates from offering their best. Their very talents push them into a counterproductive sort of play. This is particularly the case in a game like B-ball where the interdependency of players in the game is so intense. Football is more (not entirely, of course) a do-your -(individual)-job sorta game.

Though an argument can be made that losing picks could have cost the Pats another SB, being cheated by the NYFL made the wins even sweeter. Between the comeback and taking away four games from Brady, the 2016 SB win put as big a smile on my face as humanly possible. All I could think of was Goodell and all of his NYJ chums choking on their martinis when the Pats came back.

My only regret was not getting the 19-0 season in 2007. Knowing that the 72 Dolphins players have a party to toast a team losing an undefeated season, which is a petty reaction imho, and hearing Shula talk about asterisks for cheating during the season, made that loss even more devastating than it was.
The only positive to come out of that was that it brought to light that the 72 Dolphins undefeated season was a direct result of actual cheating, not the phony kind brought on by Goodell, when the 70 team lost a 1st round pick and a record amount of cash for tampering to get Shula on the team. After Shula opened his yapper on that one his ex players quickly gave him the shhhhh signal. They knew they were the real cheaters.

your buddy brings up "tuck rule!!!! See? THAT's why Lamarred is a great comparison!!!." It's idiocy, my "inadequacy" notwithstanding. The league should institute a "**** rule" to protect precious iddle widdle Lamar's fans from mean old Joe Kerr.

B.D.M.

A pair of competing irrelevancies.

1) You do not have my undivided attention. I just put a new set of flatwounds on my George Benson Ibanez. My eye is at least half on the glories of the flat-five sub and Monkish angularity.

2) Will Wiggy ever shut the f up for a minute?

What's BDM mean? Does it mean you really really like me?

Oh dear: I looked it up:

"It can mean bondage, discipline, and masochism in personal ads."

I'm a retired schoolteacher indifferently endowed.

Oh well.

Not too dissimilar.

An elite pass-first old school PG
vs
A black hip-hop clothing, score-first, low percentage shooting PG

I think it's an apt analogy. Clearly a lot of NFL fans have problems thinking about the QB position differently. It's partly why it's been extremely interesting to see how New England reacts to Cam Newton....

Cam blows. I'd have to think pathologically very "differently" to see him otherwise. Two Cams are on offer, the let-Cam-be-Cam version who kills your chances with untimely f-ups and the "game manager" Cam who is a dime-a-dozen mediocrity. For the record, I think he'd be exactly the same sort of loser if he were white. Put him back on that dusty shelf where he belongs and keep shopping.

Yea. Exactly what I expected would be the reaction for some with Cam Newton as the QB for this region's team. I know his covid month didn't help but I'm assuming you thought this even before, during the first month which was decent out of him.

Sorry to disappoint you, but it's Basketball Doesn't Matter.
