The Patriots lost on a fluke/prayer/once-a-decade play, at the end of a game where their kicker and defense performed very poorly. Regardless, the coaches put them in great position to win with 7 seconds left, they just didn't execute. They didn't lose because of "stupidity."

If you're talking about end-of-game situations, the last one was Pittsburgh last year.

You guys made a great 4th down stop last year with the Jags trying to drive down the field towards the end of the AFC Championship
