Why would this make him available? Having more than one very good WR can't hurt. Especially not when you have the Patriots in you division that this year decided to bring in Revis and Browner and have McCourty in the back end.

With 2 firsts in the next two drafts, why would you waste #9 on the 2nd qb in a crap class? Brian Hoyer is a winner, and if he doesn't pan out, they have the ammo to move up in the next 2 drafts.
