That has got to be one of the stupidest signings I've ever heard of. And I've been a huge Talib homer.
Anyone think that the Pats should have given this deal to Talib? More evidence that the team is cheap?
Ward and Talib - Denver just added a lot of attitude to their defense.
If they sign Ware too, yikes.
On paper, they and Atlanta have won March.
Neither will Peyton Manning. You, Me, and your Mother all know that Talib will not be on the Broncos for the 4th, 5th and 6th years of that contract.
The TJ Ward deal certainly wasn't stupid; in fact, if I had been told that I could sign Ward
for 4 years/$23M but that I would have to let Talib walk so another team could guarantee
$26M to him, then I would've said: I'll take that deal, no longer worry about the Safeties,
and just draft a CB where I would've drafted a Safety.
But Bill would rather watch the Donkey Faces sign both of them…but that's OK…because he
has a plan…and that plan is…ahh…uhh…a little help here...
The agents for the New England Patriots unrestricted free agents have made their stand:is there a sign in the Patriots locker room that reads "GO WEST YOUNG MAN" or what?

The plan is to watch the Broncos offensive line fall apart and have a defensive line that can't get pressure. Oh, and they likely won't be able to extend Demaryius Thomas unless Peyton Manning retires.
Everything I've heard is that Revis would love to be a Patriot, above any other option. Still ample time for that to happen
Jason La Canfora ?@JasonLaCanfora 42s
Patriots in a strong position to land Revis now, especially after Talib's deal. Revis wants to be there. Will only take a 5th round pick
DRC = Doesn't Really Care
Brandon Browner = overrated (suspended for the first four games of 2014)
One can only imagine the heights of hysteria that would engulf the rat fanbase if the Pats got Revis one year after they let him walk...is God playing tricks with us again??
