The Patriots announced on Monday the list of players who put in the work this offseason, with the club revealing the names of guys who set the right example leading up to 2024.
The team posted its list of “Offseason Award Winners” and here’s the rundown of those players of who earned that honor:
OL David Andrews
LB Ja’Whaun Bentley
QB Jacoby Brissett
WR DeMario Douglas
CB Christian Gonzalez
TE Hunter Henry
OL Nick Leverett
LB Raekwon McMillan
WR K.J. Osborn
DB Jabrill Peppers
DB Brenden Schooler
DE Keion White
DE Deatrich Wise Jr.
Mayo revealed last week that there are some perks that come with making that list, with the head coach telling the media that one of those includes being able to pick the music at practice.
“That’s one of those prizes you give the guys, the offseason award winners,” said Mayo. “Let those guys pick the music, and they love it.”
Mike Dussault of Patriots.com also writes that in addition to the music selections, there are some additional benefits that go along with it.
“In addition to contributing to the daily practice music playlist, the offseason award winners will get a golf cart ride to and from the training camp fields, one custom meal cooked by the team chef and their photos displayed inside the team facilities,” he writes.
The Patriots are currently set to hold their first padded practice of the 2024 preseason this morning on the practice fields behind Gillette Stadium.
