Default OT: Boston stays undefeated with Indiana win (Celts over Pacers)

If you're tired of Colts, Colts, Colts, and the bye week, here's a little diversion.

Celts are 6-0 now, only undefeated team, and beats on Indiana basketball -- the #1 sport of the Hoosier state.

The Celtics are nasty this year. People say there is no way that the Celts can beat the top Western Conference teams but I think they can win it all.

They'll find out Randy can't run consistently anymore. He'll drive [Tom] Brady and [Bill] Belichick crazy. This is just my personal opinion from what I saw: He's losing his legs. He's becoming an old man fast.

You can't double team KG, PP, and Ray Allen at the same time. This Celtics team is deadly.

I tried watching that game tonight, after about 40 whistles and free throws i remembered why basketball bores the absolute hell out of me.

Plus, they kept using the words "field goal"! I saw no one kick a ball. That just pissed me off right there.

Notice how neither of the two words in "field goal" have to do with kicking.

Now as to why they call football (American), football...

This Celtics team has a real chance to win 60 games...

Now imagine this, and it is not that much of a stretch:

The 2007-2008 sports year in Boston yields:

1. A Red Sox World Series title (October 2007)
2. A Revolution MLS title (This coming Sunday)
3. A Boston College Major Bowl win, which would make it 9 straight bowl wins for BC (January 2008)
4. A Patriots Super Bowl title (February 2008)
5. A Celtics NBA Championship - #17 in the rafters (June 2008)

That's a heluva 9 month run!

I wonder if any town has ever had a run like that!

I remember the Steelers and Pirates in 1979. There had to be some New York teams that put together a nice run.

But nothing would 5 major teams winning like this!

And it really is not that ahrd to imagine, is it?

Good times. Good times, for sure.
