The Packers have a pretty good D. They improved on that side of the ball this year. Mostly the Bears are just bad and scared to pass. I would estimate the Packers have a good but not very good or great D. At this point with what i know about them I would probably rank them just outside the top 10 Ds. Probably the 11-13th best D in the league.

But who knows? Time will tell
