This Chiefs team is garbage

One game. And let's not pretend the Pats didn't struggle in the 1st half today. Against a very bad Skins team at that.

They should have lost last week to Detroit, who managed to fumble twice inside the 5 yard line, including one that was returned for a highly improbable TD by the KC D.

Already said I don’t expect the Chiefs in the afc title game. They will not be as good as last year and they have to be to beat us.

Who do you think the Pats will face in a potential AFC title game?

They're not garbage, they're just missing their best defensive player, top 2 receivers, and their QB is playing hurt. They'll probably be in better shape, healthwise, when it counts.

Look...I'll have to wait before going any further...NICK WRIGHT won't be giving his take until 8 a.m. You know, the Nick Wright that every Patriot fan listens to and believes 100%.

(jeezus krist...Nick freaking Wright??\ Rob Pecker...er ..Parker wasn't available?)

You realize the Colts were missing as many players, If not more

you're quoting Nick Wrong the Patriots/Brady hater? Andy, I disagree...he's a Squealer troll

It's the bald dude who suddenly got hair. He's on first morning take. And I was just repeating what he said.

Their D is playing hurt partially because the Colts plan was to hit him. They did a number on Mahomes in that game and it really helped them contain him.

The beautiful thing about it is that there's no part of that that we can't do to KC. Suddenly liking our matchup against Mahomes a lot more.

I haven't been monitoring this game very closely. Who got injured on KC?

Watkins re-injured his hammy.

Jones injured his groin(usully a multi-week injury)

Their other starting DT Xavier Williams left the game as well, don’t know the details.

Compound ankle fracture and bruised gina for PM...but he gutted it out and finished the game.

EDIT: Williams was ankle. Also lost Hitchens to a groin injury and their starting C to an ankle injury.

That was no road game. It was virtually a pro Patriots crowd.

Even if the Chiefs did lose (Unlikely), how can someone overreact so much to one game?
The only unlikely thing is that you're a Pats fan.

Not garbage, but keep Mahomes in the pocket and they're not as lethal.

Because they scored 13 points at home against a marginal team, damn near got their QB killed, and Mathieu appears to be the only above average pro on that defense.

there IS justice

The Pats were missing the starting Center, Left Tackle, Kicker, Safety, 1st round draft choice WR, lost their #3 WR in the first play of the game and still won 33-7 on the road with 2 WRs and a guy named Jacobi Meyers. Granted it was against the Deadskins, but they also ground out a tough win against a top 5 D last week on the road also and some people were jumping out of windows.

Every team deals with stuff. But the Pats know what they are doing.

I don’t want to hear the excuses for Mahomes tonight, Brady has a bum calf, depleted online, no viable TE, depleted wr corps and the QB is 20 years older...

Watkins, Chris Jones and Hitchens are all out. Plus Mohames is limping again.
He's been glued to the TV all game. Now probably on suicide watch.

Agreed. This is a trend.

Yup. Our pass rush is at least as good as Indy's, our LB corps is better and our secondary is better. Hopefully Wynn and Harry are playing by time the KC game on December 8th and that could become an ass whipping, with or without Tyreek Hill.

Let's face it, the Pats match up very very well against that team's strengths.

Exactly....chiefs are very good team....if we can figure out OL woes and add a WR and TE...we can compete with them

Simply can’t lose this game to Indy at home if you are a true contender. It’s one thing to lose on the road to a average team, but KC should have enough to beat the Colts at home despite their injuries.

Agreed. If we said the exact same thing above about the Pats nobody would blink an eye. But because it's an opponent it's frowned upon.
