Could have and should have seen that stampede coming from the Ravens. Any sort of play action after the successful run and either Gronk or Winslow would have walked into the end zone.

Hindsight is 20:20 but they have to see this stuff and take advantage of the Ravens where they can. A score here could very likely be the game.
