In general it is wrong to tell other people they should “know their place.” This is unambiguously understood by just about everyone to mean that their “place” is inferior. For me it crosses an important line, particularly from an individual employed by an organization that I personally have directly supported for many years with thousands of my hard earned dollars.
In my opinion it reflects an attitude that comes from the top. I will not be mollified by a statement from Tavai, I need to see something from The Scatback and The Nebbish, and The CEO Coach that convinces me they sincerely reject that attitude towards us.
