I assume some day Hoyer will fact retire.Really didn't want us carrying Three QB's but Zappe ain't ready for prime time. Really hope we get some of those guys for our Practice Squad such as K Wilkerson - T Nixon and others.
Asiasi has really done nothing to earn a roster spot.Even though my heart prefers Lil Jordan Humph it really makes sense to carry Devin Asiasi he's built like a prototypical TE which helps in Tough Running situations.
Definitely: but having a serviceable TE doesn't telegraph the play as much and add some pass deception. Ok I'm trying to tell myself he's not that bad.Asiasi has really done nothing to earn a roster spot.
In must-run situations an OL will be fine.
In this situation, you have to strategically think who can make it to the practice squad without getting claimed. Between Lil Jordan and Asiasi, there's no question that Lil Jordan would be tougher to sneak through.Definitely: but having a serviceable TE doesn't telegraph the play as much and add some pass deception. I can't see Schooler being a definite with us being so Roster heavy at Safety. I'll take a chance with him making our PS. I really want La Ray over L Guy though he's a lot lighter love guys who can get to the passer. Gotta make Guys like Josh Allen and Rodgers uncomfortable.Agree. Mitchell has been very impressive, but there's too much of a log jam and I think they'd be able to get him on the Practice Squad.
Ray and Schooler I think are on. Russey is interesting, a gun to my head, I would he's on but that's a situation worth monitoring.
How about La Ray over Anderson? I like that!!!! Also want to find a way to keep Sam Roberts....he just shows up too much in these games.PS. I really want La Ray over L Guy though he's a lot lighter love guys who can get to the passer. Gotta make Guys like Josh Allen and Rodgers uncomfortable.
Assuming you have a good OL (well, OT really), of course, which is debatable now. In 2011 we only kept 2 TE all year but used Solder as the 3rd TE his rookie year. That OL was stacked, the best I ever remember this team having. Marcus Cannon was also a rookie and started on PUP as he recovered from his chemo, and when he was activated he was the *4th* tackle….Asiasi has really done nothing to earn a roster spot.

Ya dude Asiasi as TE3 is a wasted roster spot.Definitely: but having a serviceable TE doesn't telegraph the play as much and add some pass deception. Ok I'm trying to tell myself he's not that bad.
Agree but I think any fat f**k on the current roster can play outside of the RT or LT in short-yardage situations. With that said it depends on what you ask them to do. If you want them to pull, trap, hit on the 2nd level and take out a LB or a SS etc and not the garden variety in-line maul then that reduces the list of pot'l candidates.Assuming you have a good OL (well, OT really), of course, which is debatable now. Great memory Rob I couldn't remember him either nice comparison.Ya dude Asiasi as TE3 is a wasted roster spot.
I view 'Lil as kinda like that smallish TE we picked up from TB in 2014...forget his name but he caught like 20 balls or so and played ST here and there.

I asked Reiss about the CB position, he had an interesting take, they may only take 5, I was under the assumption they would definitely take 6.
I'm at the office and in air conditioning and I'm ready to go home, too.Dude's a million pounds and it's a billion degrees in Vegas. I'd want to go home too.
