I think selling Ruth to the Yankees will always be the worst move in Boston sports history, but I absolutely get where you're coming from.

Yeah, Ruth is a tough one to beat, but Brady's in the discussion.

Speaking of Ruth, I remember reading that one of the others who left Boston for New York was a GM type and that he was the one who originally established the Yankees' spend to win philosophy.

They have a legitimate grip as the Franchise sabotaged that historic team. They didn't want Phil back. They wanted to blow up the team and only keep MJ because their GM didn't like being overshadowed. They would've easily won another title in the lockout season. They haven't done much since.

I thank Jerry Krause though. if it weren't for him, Phil never goes to LA and my Lakers don't win a title with Shaq and Kobe.

He has to hit the gym in the offseason for sure, but guys like him and Brady don't have the body types to put on a lot of muscle. I have a friend who does cross fit and he can't put on any muscle whatsoever. They are the perennially skinny types who can eat a bag (or two) of potato chips in one sitting and not gain a single pound.

Anybody can put on muscle if they want to. Tom choses not to. And your friend probably doesn't eat enough and cross fit is terrible.

I think they all realize that brown needs help. Actually think it's a good sign that the players seem really sympathetic toward him because then they can move forward as a team in unity as opposed to being bitter and angry.

Read somewhere that Edelman said that he and Tom were having a disagreement. It could be over this. The Squirrel needs to stay retired (bad bone on bone knee) and true to his New England Forever word even though I want the Bucs to win the SB if (as is most likely) the Pats don't.
