OT: Favre sending naked crotch shots to female coworkers

Middle America LOVES Favre, cellphone pics or not.

I don't know about that. Middle America don't like divas and I think most of middle America has caught onto his act. Viking fans love Favre, but that is because he is their QB.

I am sure that there are still people who love Favre in middle America, but I think Favre is far more a villian than hero in most parts of the country. Like every celebrity who is overexposed for diva attitude, the public turns on them.

On this subject. Dale on EEI this a.m. mentioned that a spokesperson for the NFL stated the crotchgate investigation will be completed by month end. Wouldn't it be crazy if Favre was suspended for one( at NE) game and Randy's return was spoiled with T Jack throwing the ball.

On this subject. Dale on EEI this a.m. mentioned that a spokesperson for the NFL stated the crotchgate investigation will be completed by month end. Wouldn't it be crazy if Favre was suspended for one( at NE) game and Randy's return was spoiled with T Jack throwing the ball.

Favre will be active for the Pats' game barring injury. Even if he did get suspended, he would be able to appeal and would not have a final decision before the Pats' game.

You know, if you combine the Favre incident with the harassment of that reporter at Jets practice a few weeks ago, this sort of behavior is a trend with the Jets.

They probably won't, but the league should take that into account when looking into the Favre situation. If this took place at an insurance company, that would be the case.

Well, according the the Deadspin story, one of the Jets' employees acted as a go between for Favre with the woman in question. If Favre is using Jets' personnel to harrass a woman, the Jets might not come out of this unscathed.

Big Ben "allegedly" raped a woman in a case that just wasn't quite strong enough to take to court and engaged in as yet undetermined unwanted actions on the person of another woman in Las Vegas who is suing him. He got only four games. By that standard, sending naughty pictures of yourself to an adult will probably get a five minute timeout and no dessert after dinner.

Vikings quarterback Brett Favre apologized to his teammates for being a distraction during a meeting Monday morning and told them he is prepared to play "lights out tonight."

"My main focus is the New York Jets, they are a tough team; as good as they are that has been my focus. I hate in any way if this has been a distraction as I said Thursday - we are here focused on trying to beat the Jets."

When asked about the accuracy of the reports, Favre told ESPN, "That will take its course."

Right on. Is anyone expecting more out of this than a slap-on-the-wrist fine? Particularly with Goodell's love of the Jets and the NFL's love of Favre? Not me. The only person who potentially will give Favre what he deserves is his wife, and I don't know enough about her to know whether she'd continue to put up with these antics. I'd give him the Tiger Woods Toss, but that's just me.

Of course not. Why deny it if you've probably gotten away with it for years? It's pretty clear it's him on the tapes, and I imagine someone would have come out & denied the photos if there was any way to do so. He's hoping, like the NFL, that it'll die down after a few weeks.

Jenn Sterger actually has an "agent" who stated that she is considering "all options" in regard to cooperating with the NFL's investigation. Translation: she's plotting a course for maximum capitalization leading to fame (infamy) and fortune ($$$ at Favre's expense). I wonder how much dough Favre's handlers have offered her to shut the hell up and ignore Goodell's phone calls.
