Fans cheering everything Julio Jones does. Screen and sideline catch on the fan side and they were loud the whole play, welcoming him to Tampa.
Bucs getting Julio Jones involved a lot right away. Brady’s connected with him twice today in red zone pass skel drills, both caught.
Julio Jones with a nice contested catch in end zone. Rookie corner Kyler McMichael drawing tough assignment in second NFL practice.
Jensen would be a massive loss. Hopefully it's only short term if at all.
Jamel Dean has worked with second defense in base and has gotten his hands on at least three passes in two days.
Ross ****rell working as second nickel in practice. Logan Ryan cuts into his value as nickel/safety depth and puts him on roster bubble, but Bucs may need more DBs for special teams if receivers aren’t helping as much on coverage/return units.
Well maybe because Bruce Arians isn’t up there to be completely wrong about literally every injury we’ll know the truth soon.
Julio Jones chatting with Bruce Arians and receivers coach Kevin Garver during a special-teams period early in practice. Garver was a student assistant at Alabama when Jones played there.
Bucs will check on Ryan Jensen’s injured knee with an MRI this morning to check on the severity of any damage.
Wirfs seems fully recovered. I don’t think it’s limiting him at all.
Wirfs said his ankle is fine - not wearing anything extra to protect it in practice, will probably wrap it a bit once they get to full contact at practice.
WHAT A PICK by @AntoineWJr11. Brady overthrows a deep ball intended for Evans, but Winfield gets over there and lunges for the catch.
Brady leads Rudolph a bit too much on a short throw over the middle in 11-on-11. Developing a clairvoyance will be a process.
They should look at Tretter if Jensen’s knee is torn.
Julio looks explosive and his usage will be down. Its going to be something to watch this offense with the concepts that TB and B Left will use.
This guy is at their camp so FWIW. Seems like the Bucs version of Justin Ramos. Maybe they think that's what it is but nobody would know this for sure right away.
He said in another tweet with a photo at camp that Jensen was carted off and he was not happy. That kind of reaction is usually not a positive thing...
Who or what is a Tretter
If Jensen were to be sidelined for a significant amount of time, Bucs would look at signing a veteran center, in the least to compete with Hainsey. Let's see what the MRI has to say first.
I mean, idk. If they don’t know they don’t know and I don’t think someone could overhear anything on the field as it happened.
