The odds that Dean is a bust are near 99%. He has strange physical attributes for an MLB and wouldn’t get surgery on a torn pec *before* the draft. Maybe BB sees a hybrid like Peppers? Or maybe BB is collecting high school Butkus winners since we already have McMillan? Either way Dean had no business winning the Butkus Award last year. Lloyd and Damone had much better seasons.

IF it were to be true.. here's a nice quote from Eagles website:

Wynn + a 5th for Dean makes a little bit of sense but Philly just drafted Dean this year, so seems kinda early to move him. Suppose it's kinda like turning 2022's 3rd into a 2023 5th, getting a new LT and then presumably making that guy your LT "of the future".

I'd make the deal because I like Dean and because it gets rid of Wynn who A) has sucked and B) is costing over $10M in guaranteed cap dollars that can only be relieved via trade.
