The poker shuffler cheating story is so wild. It's like a real life movie villain script.

Fun fact. I got into a pretty heated debate on a Celtics forum I am now banned from for telling one of the wannabe reporters to get off his ass and question the leagues BS when it comes to the referees and their BS. Basically was telling me to do it myself because he didn't want to lose his access basically.

Guardians of the gate wouldn't even touch this, and you want to believe that none of these reporters sniffed any of this over the years? Please. Shame on all of them.
Agree. Some of these celebrity reporters make way too much money to be bothered digging into anything, while the other smaller players don't want to lose access. It's BS.

The NFL cannot tolerate this kind of activity because of #integrity and stuff.

This message brought to you by DraftKings. Now check out our Parlay of the day.

And they'd destroy these couch potato sports fans who make fun of them.

They're made fun-of because they're inferior in every single way but pretend that they're not; and worse, that people should care about them.

Kevin Garnett linked. Unclear precisely how. Torre seems to think it is little more than the notion that he showed up at one event and quickly left, and he wasn't involving in suckering people in.

They pretend they're not? Name one who believes otherwise.

As for people caring about them, check out NCAA attendance at women's games. It's pretty good. The tourney makes a ton of money.

I mean, they're not as good as men.

Is that the point?
No, they're not as entertaining. I'd watch the WNBA if women were getting put on a poster and getting dunked on and there were high scoring games. I'm not watching a 70 to 64 game of layups.

Do you have a daughter in the WNBA or something? It sucks. Objectively. Not even an opinion. It is fact that it sucks

This news puts added pressure on the NFL to improve their officiating. They do not want accusations of match-fixing dominating the news on Mondays.

Wouldn't be hard for them to improve. Full-time paid referees instead of amateurs, and more active intervention from the sky judge for non-calls as well as calls.

There is nothing about "full time" referees that is going to change anything.

This gambling scandal does not surprise me at all, always thought since all major sports embraced these online gambling sites, it was not if but when.
Every time I see a sponsor like Draft Kings or other online sport book it makes me think that those once revered guardrails no longer exist. The NFL and all other major sports have allowed gambling a seat at their proverbial table.

Adam silver is a really bad commissioner. The Donagey scandal never went away as so many of those refs he was friends with never were investigated.

All the kawhi stuff the last few months and crickets. Hes not even suspended! Terry rozier.... Silver said they saw his irregular betting but there wasn't anything they could do? What?!?

Nothing personal against Harden but when they started allowing his blatant foul baiting and 20 steps after you gather the ball i just kinda lost my passion for the nba. But all this cheating and sketchy outcomes at the end of games makes me not care at all
