I agree that it's a process, I was just pointing out that it's not done yet. I imagine it will take some time. They'll want to discuss with the NFLPA, the League etc to make sure they comply with all rules.

You might want to take this up with the military, and let the military leaders know that all their studies and years of live testing don't actually prove what they seem to prove.

This isn't the military where there is a rank and file system which demands that lower level soldiers follow the orders of their superiors.
