His lack of emotional (or whatever) control isn’t anyone else’s problem, it’s his problem. I don’t even care if he was or wasn’t told not to text the woman before he sent that text.
Any employee of mine who sent a picture of a woman’s (or anyone’s, really) kids to the woman and his lowlife flunkies telling them to see what they can dig up on the woman is getting his ass fired for being scum. I don’t want someone who feels it’s fine to go around threatening people on my payroll, especially when he throws kids into the mix.
Try doing something like that and see what your own employer does when they find out about it. If you’re not fired you’re gonna get a pretty good reprimand, I bet.
Kraft was damned right to be “enraged” when he heard about this.
And Brown was ultimately fired because when Kraft asked BB “can you promise me this won’t happen again” BB could not. And if you’ve learned anything about how NE has operated for the past 20 years, you should not be he least bit surprised or put out by the cut. If someone on the team can’t submit to control, they are gone.
