It's kind of not a great list.

Gus Edwards, Jamaal Williams, D'Onta Foreman, Cordarrelle Patterson, etc etc

I'm sure they'd all be fine in a reserve role, nothing to get super excited about.

That's why you don't quit on Rham. You've supported him twice and didn't give up on him and now you need him. Plus everyone else sees that Vrabel has their backs. Rham and Henderson can carry the load and we have Jennings on the PS. We'll probably claim someone else now though.

You're not getting anyone as good as Gibson, no matter which course of action they take.

They probably have guys in there right now working out. Maybe give Johnny Foxboro a call, see if he'll switch positions.

Does falling into the endzone twice from short yardage give you confidence?

Cause based on what i've seen so far he's just as likely to fumble the ball again next week as he is to have a good game, he's been a disaster we need someone who can get 4 yards a carry and hold onto the ball it shouldn't be that hard.

Right now Stevenson is averaging 3.7 yards a carry, 28 yards rushing a game and has 3 fumbles.

Stevenson is another fumble away from being totally unplayable even for Vrabel.

RB is one of those positions that you can find someone and they go off. Not saying it’ll happen, nor that it’s easy. But how often does someone come out of nowhere and produce ? I’d venture more than any position other than kicker / punter.

Except Rham is also excellent in pass protection, which IS hard to find. And it’s a lot harder to give snaps to a player without that skill set.

Sorry for the kid but realistically we are talking about replacing 6 carries a game - we can do that with the personnel on the team. Heck, I'd love to see them throw Marcus Jones in there just to see how he disrupts things for 5 carries a game!

But I'd expect to seem them call up Terrell Jones as an extra body to throw at them.

If we are going to lose someone we are deep at RB as long as Stevenson stops fumbling.
Realistically if Stevenson hadn’t fumbled Gibson would have barely seen the field.

The advantage we have is both Rham and Henderson can play in any situation so versatility in rb3 isn’t vital.
