Would you trade the Pats 2026 extra 4th round pick (from Chicago) to Seattle for RB Kenneth Walker?

The Pats need someone for this year. There is no guarantee that anyone they would trade for would be anything more than a short one year rental. Kamara is the best one year rental you are going to get at the position assuming he is available (which I think he might if the Pats beat the Saints this weekend).
A Kamara - Chris Olave or Rasheed Shaheed: the Saints got our men.

That's the only reason he could possibly be available at that price. You have to take some risk.
The lack of depth, especially on defense, scares the **** out of me, they need young talent badly. I hate the idea of giving up draft picks.

Walker's only 24, but he does have a bit of wear on those tire treads.

And you know the kinds of guys they signed and traded for? Brian Cox. Ted Washington. Antowain Smith.

Not Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave with big contracts and injury histories.
I remember all of them too you old goat.

I wouldn't hate Shaheed, but again, he's a rental, and will be looking for his first real contract at 27, almost 28 - a guy who is still mostly potential.

The one RB i would trade for is in Jacksonville... Travis Etienne...

Thats the guy we should target if we are looking to trade/add talent...
I can't imagine they'd be looking to trade him, that would be great.

I mean hell, let's just give up a first for Bijon Robinson while we're at it.

R Shaheed would be that legitime deep threat with decent size we are lacking. He's a better version of Tyquan T and we could sit KW for the year.

there have been a few "rumors" he might be available because he's in the same situation as Walker... its the end of his rookie contract and the Jags may not want to pay him...

He's the guy I'd target, not Kenneth Walker... Not that I think the Jags will trade him... I think it's an easy re-sign/extend decision to make

I'm not opposed.

Anybody on the Browns worth considering?

Vrabel was a consultant for Cleveland last season and may have inroads over there. Jerome Ford? Jerome Ford Stats, Height, Weight, Position, Draft, College | Pro-Football-Reference.com

The Jets season is over @ 0 - 5. Would they be a trade partner? Vrabes and Kraft mending fences with our neighbors. The Yankees look like goners, so all is well.

Imagine getting both of them. Then Garrett Wilson joins them in 2026 at the trade deadline.

He's under contract for next year...for a big chunk of change.

I love Alvin Kamara, one of my favorite RBs in the league since he came in. Again, this is a piece you add if you're a super bowl contender, I'd be all for it. I'm not trying to trade draft capital for old guys when there are huge holes in the back 7.

His base next year is like $11 million, but the Pats could keep him this year and renegotiate or cut him.

At this point, the Saints may look to unload him. They are rebuilding and he isn't in their future.

yeah. Because he’s a very talented player for that price. He’s a bit of what we may already have in Henderson, size and skill wise.

As long as this is a wishful thinking exercise, I’d rather have a larger back with an eye to replacing Rhamondre

The Patriots are also rebuilding.

I love Alvin Kamara, like I said. He's a 3-down back that does everything very well. If he weren't almost 31, or if the Patriots were actually a playmaker on offense away from a Super Bowl, I'd be completely on-board.

Hold the phone.

Hall fumbled 6 times last season and just fumbled in the endzone vs Dallas on Sunday. Rahm Jr.

Unlike Stevenson he actually has 3 things, speed, upside and production.

And also that number is still less than Stevenson.

The Patriots need to replace Gibson THIS YEAR. They aren't trading for a RB for the future. That would be a waste because RBs are easy to pick up in the offseason either through the draft or free agency. They aren't in high demand anymore.

And the Pats are in the playoff hunt. The Saints are in the hunt for the #1 overall pick. The Pats have their franchise QB who is playing like a top 5 QB. The Saints have Spencer Rattler. They are nothing alike.
