Don't blame the Chiefs. They just had their worst year with Mahomes, they absolutely see his career as a window and are in win now mode, stockpiling picks is not in their interest, if they see quality and think he makes an instant impact. And yeah they go CB.

Also doesn’t make sense because it was contingent on the player still being there at 6. What if NYG took him at 5? The way he presented it doesn’t match with the reality
