2005 Steelers gave them a nice beatdown. Ravens were the last team to beat them in 2012.
I don’t think Vrabs is that type. There seems to be something not right with this dude because Vrable was uncharacteristically rude in his announcement that he did not assimilate well here. Not going to lie, that upsets me a little because this is these people lives. I know that is part of the game but it never sits right with me
It’s kind of Portnoy’s job to be over the top and then hope everyone forgets his bold predictions that don’t come true.Portnoy has been right for at least a month when he boasted that NE was winning # 7 before Buffalo even sees a Super Bowl.
What a crazy season.
The comparison I’ve seen is Roger Staubach.I tell you this media has somehow turned Jarrod Stickhims ,as Maddog calls him , into Joe Montana meets Jeff Hostetler meets Joe Flacco.....
That was my thought too .. I donno about football formations and just googled and read about it and it said 4-3 formation. So we can keep rotating . Try to attack their weakest oline player. They've moved Williams outside some too with Durden and Barmore inside. I saw that a few times vs the Texans.
The times I’ve seen Harvey he’s been impressive both running and receiving.JK Dobbins being out is big news. I didn't necessarily expect him to be a big part of the offense coming off that injury, but he had a chance to spark their run game. With him being totally out, their run game will be toast. RJ Harvey is below average, and they had little to no production going against Buffalo's very bad run defense. Now they have to face NE's elite run defense.
I can imagine Payton will want to run the ball because he surely won't want to be having Stidham throw it 40+ times, but the run probably won't do much, and they'll be facing a lot of 2nd/3rd and long situations. May lead to turnovers.

The Jags just went there a month ago and beat them, with Nix playing. And Buffalo beats them if Cooks catches that ball. The problem is the location and the elevation issues. I can’t remember if there was any team that beat Denver at Mile High that went on to then Super Bowl
For whatever reason, Big Ben was not fazed by the gimmick "11 up" defense the Broncos ran that season and into 2006. It's a mystery why it frustrated Brady so much. Everyone talks about the Giants defense as Brady's kryptonite, but the the 2005-2006 Broncos were the first team I saw truly get under Brady's skin.I refuse to believe that doofus Ben Rapistberger played flawlessly against that defense compared to Brady
Snow, I don’t think is a big problem & Maye just got his first taste last week. All of a sudden accuweather showing snow from 3 pm - 6pm tomorrow
Makes sense. Best player at their respective levels of the defense.
