These are teh kinda plays which worry me with campbell

How many 3 step drops off of a Shotgun snap does Maye take? There are 2 issues there. The first is that Allen shouldn't be dropping back further on a shotgun snap. His steps took him directly into the rush. The 2nd issue is that if it's designed that way, then the blocking scheme is all wrong. You have Shakir there attempting to chip Bonitto and Dawkins completely out of position for how far deep Allen is dropping.

2005 Steelers gave them a nice beatdown. Ravens were the last team to beat them in 2012.

What was different about those teams compared to our Patriots’ rosters?

They executed better in the trenches?

Several HOF-esque players?

I refuse to believe that doofus Ben Rapistberger played flawlessly against that defense compared to Brady

Not going to lie, that upsets me a little because this is these people lives. I know that is part of the game but it never sits right with me
I don’t think Vrabs is that type. There seems to be something not right with this dude because Vrable was uncharacteristically rude in his announcement that he did not assimilate well here.

Portnoy has been right for at least a month when he boasted that NE was winning # 7 before Buffalo even sees a Super Bowl.

What a crazy season.
It’s kind of Portnoy’s job to be over the top and then hope everyone forgets his bold predictions that don’t come true.

I tell you this media has somehow turned Jarrod Stickhims ,as Maddog calls him , into Joe Montana meets Jeff Hostetler meets Joe Flacco.....
The comparison I’ve seen is Roger Staubach.

They may as well starting working on his bust for Canton based on this past week’s conversation.

This is epic. Drake and the pats are not coming! They're here! Vrabel deserve coach of the year. Lets finish the job!

Nothing would be sweeter than scoring on our first kick return and keeping that stadium quiet for the rest of the game.

Akkfjajeodlnfnsudjdn I'm done with analysis I just want the damn game to start

They've moved Williams outside some too with Durden and Barmore inside. I saw that a few times vs the Texans.
That was my thought too .. I donno about football formations and just googled and read about it and it said 4-3 formation. So we can keep rotating . Try to attack their weakest oline player.

JK Dobbins being out is big news. I didn't necessarily expect him to be a big part of the offense coming off that injury, but he had a chance to spark their run game. With him being totally out, their run game will be toast. RJ Harvey is below average, and they had little to no production going against Buffalo's very bad run defense. Now they have to face NE's elite run defense.

I can imagine Payton will want to run the ball because he surely won't want to be having Stidham throw it 40+ times, but the run probably won't do much, and they'll be facing a lot of 2nd/3rd and long situations. May lead to turnovers.
The times I’ve seen Harvey he’s been impressive both running and receiving.

The problem is the location and the elevation issues. I can’t remember if there was any team that beat Denver at Mile High that went on to then Super Bowl
The Jags just went there a month ago and beat them, with Nix playing. And Buffalo beats them if Cooks catches that ball.

NFL network just aired the 15 afc title game at denver. All this talk of mcdaniels giving Campbell help, mcdaniels not setting his tackles up to fail....in 15 he left vollmer on an island on Ware and Ware killed him. Ware lived in the backfield all day. So based on that history, I think we're going to see more Campbell 1 v 1. Let's just hope Campbell improves over last week

For whatever reason, Big Ben was not fazed by the gimmick "11 up" defense the Broncos ran that season and into 2006. It's a mystery why it frustrated Brady so much. Everyone talks about the Giants defense as Brady's kryptonite, but the the 2005-2006 Broncos were the first team I saw truly get under Brady's skin.

Snow, I don’t think is a big problem & Maye just got his first taste last week.

IMO, Maye has an issue with a WET ball. Temps in 20s means it will be a dry snow. So all good.
How much has Stidham thrown in snow?

Interesting that Riley Moss is pretty much the only White CB in forever. Also one of the most flagged CB's - saw a claim that he was second only to our very own DPI offender. Moss obviously is targeted a lot given who plays the other side. Be interesting to see how the officials call this.

I have noticed that Davis seems to step up his play after being called for DPI.
