I dont think the short passing game works against them. You have to layer the ball in the soft spots downfield.

They play 8 men in the box with the safeties at the line of scrimmage.

This is the exact defense we tried to use last year but our coaches were inept.

Everybody up, CBs by themselves on an island. Any short pass is going to have a safety, CB and LB flying up to make the tackle. Extreme likelihood of fumbles, tips and interceptions.

I just think you need to attack them downfield.

Roll outs, bootlegs, and most of all, step up INTO the pocket.

Disagree.

I think you run at that nonstop and then go play action.

That's new, reminded me of a bad tee shot..."Barely cleared the water"

Can they keep Houston from scoring 3 more points? If so tomlin snaps the streak of 21+ pt deficits in playoff games going back to 2016. He might get a raise for that
Nope

Stroud really should not be smiling too much. The day is coming when someone (Patriots, Bills, maybe Rams) puts up 21 on that defense. Let's see how it goes at that point.

Beat Houston… want Buffalo at home !!!!

And so ENDS the illustrious career of Aaron Rodgers. It ends not with a Bang but with a Whimper.

That was one of the worst Pick 6s I've seen in a minute. I'm sure that's not how Rodgers will want to be remembered.

Gonzalez had a minor concussion. Collins had a significant one.
Can you really determine that without full diagnosis? I don’t think it’s that simple.

Rodgers pulled. The surrender is in full effect.

Ummm…. That is from December 7. I just posted the final numbers. I am right.

No you posted dumb stats like yards per game lol.

Just wait until next week and i’ll bump this post to show you.
PS, here is up til week 17:

Gonzalez has a far better chance of playing next week. Gonzalez was sitting on the bench when they forced him to go into the concussion protocol while Collins was carted off. Gonzalez said he was fine after the game.
Doesn’t mean you pass protocol. It’s pretty fluid

Rodgers last play of his career was a pick 6

I hope that is the last throw of AARod's career

Nothing back handed.

Pats are not as scary as Houston.

Straight up.

Yeah, right, CJ Stroud is every bit within 1,000 miles of Drake Maye. Great analysis, bush.
